Guide Data to Use Thumbnail Description when "No programs available"

I'm suggesting that when there is "No programs available" in the guide, but there is a channel description, that the guide use the channel description instead of saying "No programs available".

This would help with most live events as you can't even see what event is taking place from the guide view unless you long press on the thumbnail to see the channel description.

This would especially help on the phone app because while on Apple TV you can see part of the description of the event you have selected, in the phone app you do not see any of the description for any event unless you long press the thumbnail.
