Is there any way to include a buffer zone for VOD content from IPTV?

Playing every frame on the fly can be extremely difficult with a fluctuating internet connection. Or maybe iptv has fluctuating servers.

So if you’re watching a movie or show it should at least download maybe an additional 10% of the remainder as it plays. This will prevent freezing and improve experience.
